O n Elam will I bring the four winds from the four quarters of the sky, and will scatter them toward all those winds; and there shall be no nation where the outcasts of Elam shall not come.

Voi aduce asupra Elamului cele patru vînturi dela cele patru margini ale cerului, îi voi risipi în toate vînturile acestea, şi nu va fi niciun popor, la care să n'ajungă fugari din Elam.
