I n rebellion, a land has many rulers, but order is maintained by a man of understanding and knowledge.

الشَّعبُ المُتَمَرِّدُ يَحكُمُهُ كَثِيرُونَ، أمّا الحاكِمُ الفَطِنُ فَيُحافِظُ عَلَى استِقْرارِ بَلَدِهِ.
