T he king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires.

قُلُوبُ المُلُوكِ فِي يَدِ اللهِ مِثلُ جَداوِلِ المِياهِ، يُدِيرُها حَيثُما يُرِيدُ.
