Proverbs 21:1 ~ ﺃﻣﺜﺎﻝ 21:1

T he king’s heart is in the hand of the Lord, as are the watercourses; He turns it whichever way He wills.

قُلُوبُ المُلُوكِ فِي يَدِ اللهِ مِثلُ جَداوِلِ المِياهِ، يُدِيرُها حَيثُما يُرِيدُ.
