T hey bound the breastplate by its rings to the rings of the ephod with a lace of blue, that it might be on the skillfully woven band of the ephod, and that the breastplate might not come loose from the ephod, as Yahweh commanded Moses.

Attaccarono il pettorale mediante i suoi anelli agli anelli dell’efod con un cordone violaceo, affinché il pettorale fosse al disopra della banda artisticamente lavorata dell’efod, e non si potesse staccare dall’efod, come il Signore aveva ordinato a Mosè.
