H appy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in Yahweh, his God:

هَنِيئاً لِمَنْ إلَهُ يَعْقُوبَ مُعِينُهُ، هَنِيئاً لِمَنْ يَتَّكِلُ عَلَى إلَهِهِ.
