Ezra 9:7 ~ Esdras 9:7

S ince the days of our fathers we have been exceeding guilty to this day; and for our iniquities we, our kings, and our priests, have been delivered into the hand of the kings of the lands, to the sword, to captivity, to plunder, and to confusion of face, as it is this day.

Desde los días de nuestros antepasados, y hasta hoy, hemos vivido en la maldad. Por eso nosotros, y nuestros reyes y sacerdotes, hemos sido entregados en manos de los reyes de otras naciones; nos han robado, nos han hecho prisioneros, y hasta le fecha la vergüenza no se aparta de nosotros.
