T heir father gave them great gifts, of silver, and of gold, and of precious things, with fortified cities in Judah: but the kingdom gave he to Jehoram, because he was the firstborn.

وَكانَ يَهُوَشافاطُ قَدْ أهدَى أبناءَهُ هَدايا مِنْ فِضَّةٍ وَذَهَبٍ وَأشياءَ ثَمِينَةٍ. وَأعطاهُمْ أيضاً مُدُناً مُحَصَّنَةً فِي يَهُوذا. لَكِنَّ يَهُوشافاطَ اختارَ يَهُورامَ مَلِكاً لأنَّهُ كانَ بِكرَهُ. يَهُورامُ مَلِكُ يَهُوذا
