T heir father gave them great gifts of silver, gold, and precious things, together with fortified cities in Judah, but the kingdom he gave to Jehoram, the firstborn.

وَكانَ يَهُوَشافاطُ قَدْ أهدَى أبناءَهُ هَدايا مِنْ فِضَّةٍ وَذَهَبٍ وَأشياءَ ثَمِينَةٍ. وَأعطاهُمْ أيضاً مُدُناً مُحَصَّنَةً فِي يَهُوذا. لَكِنَّ يَهُوشافاطَ اختارَ يَهُورامَ مَلِكاً لأنَّهُ كانَ بِكرَهُ. يَهُورامُ مَلِكُ يَهُوذا
