I t stood on twelve oxen, three looking toward the north, and three looking toward the west, and three looking toward the south, and three looking toward the east; and the sea was set on them above, and all their hindquarters were inward.

Descansaba sobre doce bueyes, tres miraban al norte, tres miraban al occidente, tres miraban al sur, y tres miraban al oriente. Sobre ellos se apoyaba el mar, y estaban sus patas traseras hacia la parte de adentro.
