I t stood on twelve oxen, three facing north, three facing west, three facing south, and three facing east; and the sea was set on top of them, and all their rear parts turned inward.

Descansaba sobre doce bueyes, tres miraban al norte, tres miraban al occidente, tres miraban al sur, y tres miraban al oriente. Sobre ellos se apoyaba el mar, y estaban sus patas traseras hacia la parte de adentro.
