T he deep’s fountains and the sky’s windows were also stopped, and the rain from the sky was restrained.

وَتَوَقَّفَ تَدَفُّقُ الماءِ مِنْ تَحْتِ الأرْضِ. وَسَدَّتِ السَّماءُ نَوافِذَها، فَلَمْ يَعُدِ المَطَرُ يَنْزِلُ مِنَ السَّماءِ.
