T ôi là Phao-lô, bởi sự nhu mì, nhơn từ của Đấng Christ mà xin anh em, tôi là người hèn hạ lắm trong khi gặp mặt giữa anh em nhưng lúc vắng mặt, đối với anh em, tỏ ra biết bao là dạn dĩ!

Now I myself, Paul, beseech you, by the gentleness and consideration of Christ who lowly enough when among you face to face, but bold (fearless and outspoken) to you when absent from you!
