v ì quan quyền là chức việc của Đức Chúa Trời để làm ích cho ngươi. Song nếu ngươi làm ác, thì hãy sợ, vì người cầm gươm chẳng phải là vô cớ; người là chức việc của Đức Chúa Trời để làm ra sự công bình và phạt kẻ làm dữ.


for he is a minister of God for thy good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he does not bear the sword in vain, for he is a minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that does evil.
