Romanos 13:4 ~ Romans 13:4

p ues la autoridad está al servicio de Dios para tu bien. Pero si haces lo malo, entonces sí debes temer, porque no lleva la espada en vano, sino que está al servicio de Dios para darle su merecido al que hace lo malo.

for he is a minister of God for thy good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he does not bear the sword in vain, for he is a minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that does evil.
