N ếu ai giết một người nào, người ta sẽ cứ theo lời khai của những người chứng mà giết kẻ sát nhơn; nhưng một người chứng không đủ cớ đặng giết ai.

Whoever kills any person, the murderer shall be put to death on the testimony of witnesses; but no one shall be put to death on the testimony of one witness.
