V ậy nên Đức Giê-hô-va phán như vầy: Ta lấy lòng thương xót trở về cùng Giê-ru-sa-lem; nhà ta sẽ xây lại trong nó, dây mực sẽ giăng trên Giê-ru-sa-lem, Đức Giê-hô-va vạn quân phán vậy.

Therefore thus says the Lord: I have returned to Jerusalem with compassion (lovingkindness and mercy). My house shall be built in it, says the Lord of hosts, and a measuring line shall be stretched out over Jerusalem.
