Zacarías 1:16 ~ Zechariah 1:16

“ Por tanto, así dice el Señor: ‘Me volveré a Jerusalén con compasión; en ella será reedificada mi casa’ —declara el Señor de los ejércitos — ‘y el cordel será tendido sobre Jerusalén.’”

Therefore thus says the Lord: I have returned to Jerusalem with compassion (lovingkindness and mercy). My house shall be built in it, says the Lord of hosts, and a measuring line shall be stretched out over Jerusalem.
