N ầy, từ nơi Chúa có một người mạnh và có quyền, giống như cơn bão mưa đá, như trận gió phá hại, như nước lớn vỡ bờ. Người sẽ lấy tay ném cả xuống đất.

Behold, the Lord has a strong and mighty one; like a tempest of hail, a destroying storm, like a flood of mighty overflowing waters, he will cast it down to the earth with violent hand.
