Nê-hê-mi-a 8:9 ~ Nehemiah 8:9

N ê-hê-mi, quan tổng trấn, E-xơ-ra, thầy tế lễ và thầy thông giáo, cùng người Lê-vi mà dạy dỗ dân sự, bèn nói với cả Y-sơ-ra-ên rằng: Ngày nay là thánh cho Giê-hô-va Đức Chúa Trời của các ngươi; chớ để tang, cũng đừng khóc lóc. Vì cả dân sự đều khóc khi nghe đọc các luật pháp.

¶ And Nehemiah, the Tirshatha, and Ezra, the priest and scribe, and the Levites that caused the people to be attentive, said unto all the people, This day is holy unto the LORD your God; do not mourn nor weep. For all the people wept when they heard the words of the law.
