С постеріг тоді Ірод, що ті мудреці насміялися з нього, та й розгнівався дуже, і послав повбивати в Віфлеємі й по всій тій околиці всіх дітей від двох років і менше, за часом, що його в мудреців він був випитав.

Then Herod, seeing that he had been mocked by the magi, was greatly enraged; and sent and slew all the boys which in Bethlehem, and in all its borders, from two years and under, according to the time which he had accurately inquired from the magi.
