З атем я снова простерся перед Господом и лежал так сорок дней и сорок ночей. Я не ел хлеба и не пил воды из-за греха, который вы совершили, сотворив зло в глазах Господа и вызвав Его гнев.

And I fell down before Jehovah, as at the first, forty days and forty nights,—I ate no bread and drank no water,—because of all your sin which ye had sinned, in doing what is evil in the eyes of Jehovah, to provoke him to anger.
