И род, увидев Иисуса, очень обрадовался, потому что уже давно хотел Его увидеть. Он много слышал об Иисусе и надеялся, что Тот совершит для него какое-нибудь чудо.

And when Herod saw Jesus, he was exceeding glad, for he was desirous to see him of a long season because he had heard many things of him, and he hoped to see some sign done by him.
