В се приближенные собрались к Иеремии расспросить его, и он сказал им все так, как велел ему царь. Тогда они ему ничего не сказали, так как никто не слышал, о чем он говорил с царем.

—And all the princes came to Jeremiah, and asked him; and he told them according to all these words that the king had commanded. And they withdrew quietly from him; for the matter was not reported.
