w aayo, jidhka waxbariddiisu wax yar bay tartaa, laakiinse cibaadaysigu si walba waxtar buu u leeyahay isagoo ballan u leh nolosha haatan joogta iyo tan imanaysaba.

For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.
