K ii cayaarta aad ugu dadaalaa, wax walba ayuu iska dhawraa. Kuwaasu haddaba waxay sidaas u yeelaan inay taaj dhammaanaya helaan, innaguse waxaynu helaynaa mid aan dhammaanaynin.

And every man that striveth in the games exerciseth self-control in all things. Now they do it to receive a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible.
