X ukunkii waxaa amray kuwa wax dhawra xaalkuna wuxuu ku jiraa hadalka kuwa quduuska ah, sababtu waa in waxa noolu ogaadaan in Ka ugu Sarreeyaa u taliyo boqortooyada dadka, oo uu siiyo ku alla kii uu doonayo, oo uu madax uga dhigo kan dadka ugu hooseeya.

This sentence is by the decree of the watchers and the decision is by the word of the holy ones, to the intent that the living may know that the Most High rules the kingdom of mankind and gives it to whomever He will and sets over it the humblest and lowliest of men.
