Т ая присъда е по заповед от стражите, и делото на думата на светите, за да знаят живите, че Всевишният владее над царството на човеците, дава го комуто ще, и поставя над него най-нищожния измежду човеците.

This sentence is by the decree of the watchers and the decision is by the word of the holy ones, to the intent that the living may know that the Most High rules the kingdom of mankind and gives it to whomever He will and sets over it the humblest and lowliest of men.
