A nigu waan maqlay gunuuskii reer binu Israa'iil; haddaba la hadal, oo waxaad ku tidhaahdaa, Makhribka waxaad cuni doontaan hilib, subaxdana waxaad ka dhergi doontaan kibis; oo waad ogaan doontaan inaan anigu ahay Rabbiga Ilaahiinna ah.

I have heard the murmurings of the Israelites; speak to them, saying, At twilight you shall eat meat, and between the two evenings you shall be filled with bread; and you shall know that I am the Lord your God.
