D hegahaagu ha maqleen, indhahaagana fur, inaad maqashid baryadayda anoo addoonkaaga ah. Wakhtigan habeen iyo maalinba waxaan kuu baryayaa reer binu Israa'iil oo addoommadaada ah, anigoo qiraya dembiyadii aan aniga iyo reer binu Israa'iil kugu dembaabnay; haah, aniga iyo reerka aabbahayba waannu dembaabnay.

let thine ear now be attentive and thine eyes open, that thou may hear the prayer of thy slave, which I pray before thee now, day and night, for the sons of Israel, thy slaves, and I confess the sins of the sons of Israel, with which we have sinned against thee; both I and my father’s house have sinned.
