B oqorow, waxaannu ku ogeysiinaynaa in haddii magaaladan la dhiso, oo derbiyadeeda la dhammeeyo, aadan sababtaas aawadeed waxba qayb ku yeelan doonin inta webiga ka shishaysa.

We certify the king that, if this city be builded, and the walls finished, by this means thou shalt have no portion beyond the River.
