C on cuerdas humanas los atraje, con cuerdas de amor; fui para ellos como los que alzan el yugo de sobre su cerviz, y puse delante de ellos la comida.

I led them with cords of a man, with bonds of love, And I became to them as one who lifts the yoke from their jaws; And I bent down and fed them.
