C on cuerdas humanas los traje, con cuerdas de amor; y fui para ellos como los que alzan el yugo de sobre sus mejillas, y allegué hacia él la comida.

I led them with cords of a man, with bonds of love, And I became to them as one who lifts the yoke from their jaws; And I bent down and fed them.
