» Las cinco mil cañas de anchura que quedan de las veinticinco mil, serán profanas, para la ciudad, para habitación y para ejido; y la ciudad estará en medio.

The five thousand that are left in the width, in front of the twenty-five thousand, shall be for common use, for the city, for dwelling and for suburbs; and the city shall be in the middle of it.
