这 二 万 五 千 肘 前 面 所 剩 下 五 千 肘 宽 之 地 要 作 俗 用 ， 作 为 造 城 盖 房 郊 野 之 地 。 城 要 在 当 中 。

The five thousand that are left in the width, in front of the twenty-five thousand, shall be for common use, for the city, for dwelling and for suburbs; and the city shall be in the middle of it.
