C uando el cananeo, el rey de Arad, que habitaba en el Négueb, oyó que venía Israel por el camino de Atarim, peleó contra Israel, y tomó de él prisioneros.

And the Canaanite -- king Arad -- dwelling in the south, heareth that Israel hath come the way of the Atharim, and he fighteth against Israel, and taketh of them captive.
