O ra, ouvindo o cananeu, rei de Arade, que habitava no Negebe, que Israel vinha pelo caminho de Atarim, pelejou contra Israel, e levou dele alguns prisioneiros.

And the Canaanite -- king Arad -- dwelling in the south, heareth that Israel hath come the way of the Atharim, and he fighteth against Israel, and taketh of them captive.
