S i un buey acorneare a hombre o a mujer, y a causa de ello muriere, el buey será apedreado, y no será comida su carne; mas el dueño del buey será absuelto.

«إنْ نَطَحَ ثَوْرٌ امْرأةً أوْ رَجُلاً وَماتَ، يُرْجَمُ الثَّورُ وَلا يُؤكَلُ لَحمُهُ، وَأمّا مالِكُ الثَّورِ فَيَكُونُ بَرِيئاً.
