M ás tarde los introduje en la tierra que habitaban los amorreos, al otro lado del Jordán, y aunque ellos pelearon contra ustedes, yo los vencí, y ya destruidos los puse en sus manos y les entregué sus tierras.

I brought you into the land of the Amorites who lived on the east side of the Jordan. They fought with you, and I gave them to you. You took their land for your own when I destroyed them in front of you.
