Romanos 7:3 ~ Romans 7:3

A sí que, si ella se une a otro hombre mientras su marido vive, comete adulterio, pero si su marido muere, ella queda libre de esa ley; de modo que, si se une a otro hombre, no comete adulterio.

So then if, while her husband lives, she belongs to another man, she shall be called an adulteress; but if her husband dies, she is free from that law so that she is no adulteress if she belongs to another man.
