P artirá el ave por las alas, pero no en dos, y la dejará que se queme sobre el altar, sobre la leña que estará en el fuego. Es un holocausto. Es una ofrenda encendida de olor grato para el Señor.

And he shall split it open by its wings, but shall not cut it in two. And the priest shall burn it on the altar, on the wood that is on the fire; it is a burnt offering, an offering made by fire, a sweet and satisfying odor to the Lord.
