p ara que digas a los presos, a los que están en tinieblas: “Salgan de ahí; déjense ver”. En los caminos y en todas las alturas tendrán pastos y allí serán alimentados.

Saying to those who are bound, Come forth, and to those who are in darkness, Show yourselves. They shall feed in all the ways, and their pastures shall be on all the bare hills.
