p ër t’u thënë robërve: "Dilni," dhe atyre që janë në terr: "Shfaquni". Ata do të kullosin gjatë rrugëve dhe në të gjitha lartësitë e braktisura do të kenë kullotat e tyre.

Saying to those who are bound, Come forth, and to those who are in darkness, Show yourselves. They shall feed in all the ways, and their pastures shall be on all the bare hills.
