» Si algunos riñen, y en su riña lastiman a una mujer embarazada, y ésta llega a abortar, pero no muere, los rijosos serán penados según lo que el marido de la mujer les imponga y los jueces decidan.

¶ If men strive and hurt a woman with child so that she aborts but without death, he shall be surely punished according as the woman’s husband will lay upon him, and he shall pay by the judges.
