E ntonces los egipcios pusieron sobre los israelitas a comisarios de tributos para que los afligieran con sus trabajos. Así los israelitas construyeron para el faraón Pitón y Ramesés, que eran ciudades de almacenaje.

Therefore they did set over them taskmasters to afflict them with their burdens. And they built for Pharaoh treasure cities, Pithom and Raamses.
