E l sacerdote Joyadá hizo un pacto entre el Señor, por una parte, y entre el rey y el pueblo, por la otra, y juraron que serían el pueblo del Señor. También se hizo un pacto entre el rey y el pueblo.

¶ Then Jehoiada made a covenant between the LORD and the king and the people, that they should be the LORD’s people; and likewise between the king and the people.
