E ntonces David fue a Baal Perasín, y allí los venció. Por eso dijo: «El Señor se abrió paso entre las filas enemigas, como si fuera una corriente impetuosa», y llamó a ese lugar «Baal Perasín.»

And David cometh in to Baal-Perazim, and David smiteth them there, and saith, `Jehovah hath broken forth mine enemies before me, as the breaking forth of waters;' therefore he hath called the name of that place Baal-Perazim.
