E ntonces Jonadab le aconsejó: «Métete a la cama, y finge que estas enfermo. Y cuando tu padre venga a visitarte, dile: “¡Por favor, que venga mi hermana Tamar! Que me prepare algo y me dé de comer. Si ella lo prepara, yo comeré.”»

Then Jonadab said to him, “Lie down on your bed and pretend to be sick. When your father comes to see you, say to him, ‘I beg you, let my sister Tamar come and give me some food to eat. Let her make food ready here so I can see it and eat it from her hand.’”
