I onadab gli disse: «Mettiti a letto e fingiti malato. Quando tuo padre verrà a vederti, digli: “Fa’, ti prego, che mia sorella Tamar venga a darmi da mangiare e a preparare il cibo in mia presenza perché io lo veda e mangi quel che mi darà”».

Then Jonadab said to him, “Lie down on your bed and pretend to be sick. When your father comes to see you, say to him, ‘I beg you, let my sister Tamar come and give me some food to eat. Let her make food ready here so I can see it and eat it from her hand.’”
