E n la tarde, cuando Jacob volvió del campo, Lea salió a su encuentro y le dijo: «Únete conmigo. Francamente, te he alquilado a cambio de las mandrágoras de mi hijo.» Y Jacob durmió con ella aquella noche.

When Jacob came in from the field in the evening, Leah went to meet him. She said, “You must sleep with me tonight. For I have paid for you with my son’s fruit.” So he lay with her that night.
